About Us

Party Central was established at Capital on the Quay in 2006.  After being put up for sale Samantha and Stephen purchased the stock and assets and, after extensive re-modelling and re-stocking of the store, in August 2010 we launched Party Masters.

We are passionate about the party industry and believe that any occasion can be made even better with the right atmosphere, which we can provide.
Party Masters is a member of the Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN), giving us exclusive access to resources and support for creative balloon decor. We also have a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) so you can be assured that our service is of superior value and professionalism.
